Any of this sound familiar?
Money on the wrong searches
One campaign with a pile of keywords in it, so Google spends your budget on the cheapest clicks rather than the ones that bring work in.
The page lets the click down
You pay for the click, they land on a page that does not tell them what to do, and they leave. Most agencies never touch the page.
No idea what you got back
Reports full of impressions and clicks, and nothing in them about phone calls, enquiries or jobs actually won.
Set up, then forgotten
The account gets built in month one and barely opened after that. You find out when the invoices stop matching the phone calls.
This is for you if
This is not for you if
Everything on this list, every month.
Four steps. No surprises.
We set it up in your name
Your Google Ads account, your card, our manager access. You own it from day one and you keep it if you ever leave. You pay Google directly for the ad spend, and we never touch it, front it or mark it up.
One keyword, one campaign, one budget
Every search we bid on gets its own campaign with its own budget, because in Google Ads a budget can only be controlled at campaign level. So we can see what each search term costs and what it brings back, and switch off the ones that do not pay. Most accounts pool the lot and let Google decide.
Every campaign points at its own page
The ad’s job is to get the click. The page’s job is to get the phone call. We do both, so when the numbers move we know which one moved them, and we keep changing the page based on what the data says. The page is inside the fee, not a separate quote.
We scale one keyword at a time
We push a keyword until it stops growing, then open the next one. That is how a small daily budget becomes a bigger one without guessing. Every month you get a plain English report from a person you know by name: what went in, what came out, and what we are changing next.

Book a call£1,190 in. 66 enquiries out.
£1,190 of ad spend brought a plumbing and heating firm 66 enquiries in seven weeks. That is about £18 an enquiry, on Boiler Upgrade Scheme work where a single job is worth £12,000 to £25,000.

Straight from the client’s own Google Ads account. 21 July to 8 September 2026.
£119 in. £6,540 out.
£119 of ad spend brought a cavity wall extraction firm 12 enquiries in three weeks. Three of them turned into jobs, invoiced at £1,545, £1,995 and £3,000.

Three real invoices, not a projection. 18 August to 8 September 2026.
£110 in. £1,600 out.
A roofing firm went live on a Wednesday and had a flat roof renewal booked inside the first week, off £110 of ad spend. Six days is a first week, not a track record, and we would rather show you it now than wait and dress it up.

Week one of a brand new account. 2 to 8 September 2026.
Ad spend plus one monthly fee.
You pay Google for your ad spend directly, on your own card, and you pay us one monthly fee to run it. The fee is banded by what you spend, never a percentage of it, so it does not quietly climb with your budget. If your ads run a full month and bring in no leads at all, you can cancel there and then.
See what sets your numberAsked every week.
If yours is not here, ask it on the call.
It depends on what you sell, what a customer is worth to you and how competitive your area is. We work it out with you on the call and we tell you straight if the maths does not work. The pricing page explains what moves the number.
Yes, we have an agreement between ourselves and our clients, fair and beneficial to us both. If your ads run for a full month and bring in no leads at all, you can still cancel there and then with nothing further to pay. The one condition is that the ads were actually running, which covers a paused budget or a card that declined.
You do. It is set up in your name, on your card, and we work in it on manager access. If we ever part ways you keep the account, the history and everything we built in it. We do not hold it hostage and we do not charge to release it.
Enquiries can start in the first weeks. One of our accounts had a job booked in its first week; another took seven weeks to build up to 66 enquiries. Neither is a promise. The first month is the one where we learn what your searches actually cost.
No. The monthly fee covers the build: the account, the keyword research, the campaigns, the tracking and the first landing page. There is nothing to pay before we start.
No. Your card goes on your own Google Ads account and Google bills you directly. We never front ad spend, we never take a cut of it and we never mark it up. Our fee is the only money that comes to us.
Yes, and it is inside the fee rather than extra. Every campaign we run points at a page built for it, and those pages get reviewed every month as part of the reporting. A full website is a different job and we would quote that separately.
We tell you. If a keyword is not paying we switch it off, and if the whole thing is not paying we say so rather than keep billing you. The zero leads cancellation term exists for exactly that, and it is a large part of why we start small.
